Bids are to be submitted to the Cooperative’s Kirbyville headquarters, 812 South Margaret Avenue, Kirbyville, TX, 75956, or to the Cooperative’s Jasper Branch, 2419 Hwy. 190 West, Jasper, TX 75951. Bids must be received on or before 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 17, 2026, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BIDS”. The Cooperative retains the right to refuse any or all bids. Equipment is available for in-person inspection on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Kirbyville location, or may be viewed online at www.jnec.com.
