At JNEC, Concern for Community is the driving force. JNEC is committed to helping the communities we serve through programs such as Operation Round Up, East Texas Rural Youth Seminar (ETREYS), Government-In-Action, and Scholarships. Operation Round Up is a program where members' electric bills are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. These funds are distributed to qualifying local community organizations throughout our communities. Sponsoring local students to travel to ETREYS or the Government-in-Action Youth Tour every summer.
