Rebate Program
Effective July 26, 2000
I Availability
Rebates are limited to residential applications.
II Water Heater (Minimum 40 gallons, .93 Energy Factor Rating)
Rebates are available for conversion from fossil fuel to
electric water heater as follows:
8-year tank warranty$150 Rebate
Lifetime tank warranty$200 Rebate
III Heating and Cooling Equipment (11 SEER or greater)
Rebates are available for conversion from fossil fuel to
an electric central air/heat unit or central heat-pump unit.
Rebate$100 per ton
IV Application Procedures
1. Applications for heating/cooling systems are available
from JNEC.
2. Completed applications must be received by JNEC within 10 days of
installation of equipment.
3. JNEC will inspect equipment as soon as possible after receipt of
application.
